John D. Zehnpfennig II, PE
Founder and CEO.
John holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from West Point, and MS in Electrical Engineering (Optics and Photonics) from the University of Michigan, and an MBA from Alabama A&M University. He is retired US combat veteran US Army officer. He is a licensed professional engineer and holds many STEM certifications. He taught STEM courses at West Point, University of Maryland Global Campus, and is currently and Adjunct Assistant Professor at HBCU Alabama A&M University. Besides teaching, he works as Director of Offensive Security at a global firm.
Joh has a long track record of supporting underserved and disadvantaged people enter the STEM workforce. He established an internship and R&D programs for the DoD, served as Vice President of a Board of Education, and has led multi-state K-12 STEM roadshows for historically underserved schools.

Rebecca "Becky" Zehnpfennig, RN
Co-Founder and Board Member
Registered Nurse, PACU, Huntsville Hospital. Becky holds an AS in Nursing from Macomb County Community College, a BS in Nursing from The University of Phoenix, and is currently studying to earn an MS in Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Alabama, Huntsville. Becky is a nurse with over 25 years. She has served in multiple specialty areas and holds many medical professional certifications. She is a Practicum Associate at SUNY Dekhi’s School, of Nursing.
Throughout her career she has seen the effects of limited diversity in the medical field. She has worked to increase representation through mentorship, participation in hospital DE&I communities, and inspiring and empowering historically underserved co-workers, patients, and friends to pursue medical STEM careers.

Steve Ware
Board Member
Principal Consultant, Ware and Associates. Steve holds a BS in Criminal Justice from Illinois State University and an MA in Procurements & Acquisition Management from Webster University. Steve is a retired combat veteran US Army officer who went on to help build Millennium Corporation from a 5-person Minority Owned Small Business to a nationally recognized firm with over 250 employees. Steve currently works as a Principal Consultant supporting small businesses growth. Steve also serves as a critical leader in a Congressionally funded DoD STEM internship and R&D program.

Kevin Jennings
Board Member
CEO and Co-Founder of Millennium Corporation (https://millgroupinc.com). evin is responsible for driving Millennium Corporation’s business strategy as an industry leader in Cyber and integrated business and scalable technology solutions. Kevin is also responsible for the strategic vision and the short and long-term profitability and continued growth of the company.
Kevin holds a B.S. from Virginia State University, a M.S. from Florida Institute of Technology, and is DAWIA Level III certified in Program Management and a Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt, making him a proven authority in technical and managerial proficiency. A veteran member of the U.S. Army Acquisition Corps, prior to founding Millennium, Kevin spent more than 22 years acquiring in-depth knowledge of the Army’s War-fighting doctrine and then transitioning those skills to the acquisition profession, culminating his career as a Department of Army Product Manager responsible for cost, schedule and performance of a $1.3 Billion Research and Development and Production program. Kevin brings more than 20 years of senior-level experience in program management, strategic planning, system engineering, as well as extensive operational expertise.

He has 14 years of progressively responsible knowledge management experience in complex technical roles―both military and civilian―requiring exceptional project coordination, problem-solving, and management skills. He has established a track record of success by leveraging a collaborative leadership style to accomplish short- and long-range objectives. Professionally trained both Academic and Professionally wide accepted in Knowledge Management. Internationally published author in RealKM Magazine from Australia serving the knowledge management profession.

With over 25 years in both public and private sectors, Bobbie has experience in management, consultation, team building, talent acquisition, professional development, strategic implementation, and company collaboration. She has provided professional consultation to non-profit organizations as well as Fortune 100 companies.
